Hotel Torre Guelfa - Firenze

Good breakfast, friendly staff, interesting building, clean, good location.

En suite plumbing/bathroom rather dated, mattress too soft/sagging in middle

Location is very central and view from the tower (Torre) is really beautiful!

In general I did not liked this hotel since it felt like I am living in a very old fashioned room with "princess beds", every night I had to listed to the noise of nearby market place trailers, who where moved to and from marketplace. I am not happy with the stay, I would not stay there for the 2nd time.

The view, the view, the view! The tower has a beautiful view of the whole city. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, close to Ponte Vecchio.

The view from the Tower was beautiful. Perfect spot to sip some wine. Staff was very accomodating & helpful. They gave us a wonderful recommendation for diner at 4 Leoni. Excellent! I found this hotel to be very charming & great location.

The hotel is perfectly located one block from the Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi Gallery on a small side road. The rooms are simple, but immaculate, and a nice breakfast is included in the price. Yhe hotel is in a 13th (?) century building with a tower bar accessible from the 3rd floor (not for those with weak knees!). The view is absolutely spectacular while you sip a glass of wine looking over the rooftops of Florence. The view of the Duomo, Palazza Vecchio, and hills of Tuscany in the distance is breathtaking. All the church bells ring at 6:00 PM when the bar opens. I highly recommend this hotel.

It was a charming medieval building with a great location and staff! The Tower Bar on top of the building has a beautiful view of Florence!

Close proximity to the Uffizi Gallery, the Ponte Vecchio Bridge and many other exciting places to see in Florence. The staff were very accomodating to our needs. Internet access was a big plus!

The breakfast (included in price of room) was mediocre. A choice of hot foods for breakfast would have been appreciated.

The staff was very helpful and the location great! Only a short walking distance to all the major tourist sites. An awesome view from the roof top terrace both day and night.

Our room (on the street side) was very noisy. If you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs!

Room could have been cleaner. There was dust under the bed, and the vacuuming was not thorough. Small room. This would have been pretty cramped for 2 people.
